Retina China 2025: Advance Eye Health Together with NineStars

 

Beijing Ninestars Medical participated in the 26th Retina China held from June 4 to 7, 2025 in Wuxi, presenting two self-developed intelligent ophthalmic devices: Mars D200s Fully Auto Non-mydriatic Fundus Camera and the PL150 Handheld Slit Lamp. Both devices attracted wide attention at the exhibition for their outstanding performance.

The Mars D200s supports fully automatic imaging, capturing clear fundus images even with pupils as small as 2.8mm (even 2.2mm small pupils at the exhibition). It delivers true-to-life fundus imaging, combined with a “what you see is what you get” experience and a built-in AI report module. The device enables doctors to quickly and accurately detect fundus lesions, assist in disease diagnosis, and solve the clinical challenge of imaging patients with small pupils. It is suitable for community hospitals, physical examination centers, maternal and child health hospitals, optometry centers, and other institutions, meeting the needs of fundus disease examination and diabetes or chronic disease screening.

PL150 Hand-held Slit Lamp
 

The PL150 is portable and compact, supporting Bluetooth connectivity to smartphones for capturing anterior segment images and videos. Its bidirectional rotating eyepieces allow free switching between left and right eyes, making it suitable for ward rounds, free clinics, and primary-level examinations. The device meets basic anterior segment inspection needs while providing doctors with greater flexibility and convenience in patient examination. We will continue to focus on innovation in domestic intelligent ophthalmic devices, using advanced technology to support clinical diagnosis and promote eye health services at all levels of care.
